Villa Pegasus is located in a complex of modern villas at a hill overviewing the entrance to Sivota Bay in Lefkada. The villa is nested on a hill surrounding Sivota Bay in the South-East part of Lefkada Island in a spectacular scenery. Vast expanses of olive groves and flowers in the villa's garden leave one in awe of such beauty. You can enjoy spectacular views of the azure waters of the Ionian Sea and the islands, including Kefalonia, Ithaca (believed to be the birthplace of Homer’s Odysseus) and Meganissi.

Villa Pegasus can welcome 8 people very comfortably and potentially a few extra people on extra beds; is fully air conditioned and has its own infinity pool.
The property is cleaned weekly, linen and towel change every 7 days.

OUTDOOR

A large private 2,30m deep infinity pool (9×7m) with spillway and an outside shower, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to relax by the pool. This is a perfect place to enjoy warm sunny days and evenings... An outdoor pergola for a break after a long day on the beach or a trip on a yacht.

1st FLOOR

1st floor has a large living room with LCD TV, satellite channels and a DVD player; a dining area; kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove oven, a dishwasher, the coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, dishes and cutlery. A large terrace with an astonishing view of the Ionian Sea which will make your breakfast, lunch and dinner unforgettable.
There is one double bedroom (8,50 M2) with a balcony at the first floor, allowing to find shade at any time of the day.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor gives you direct access to the pool and the garden from two out of the three bedrooms at this floor. There are two bedrooms with queen size bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bathroom.

PARKING

Private parking is available in front of the villa with capacity for 2 cars or 1 vehicle with a boat cart.

LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY

Villa Pegasus is located just 1,5km from the village of Sivota. Sivota was originally a home of traditional Greek fishermen families who today are offering different range of services such as fine taverns, bars, bakeries or markets that are available all season long from 8am until 12am. You can walk to the village (15-20 min) or go by car (5-8 min). There is a brand new asphalt road connecting the villa and Sivota village, built in 2020.
