How to Become an Luvire Host
When you arrive on the landing pages for hosts, it will provide you with all the information you need to know about hosting and it will allow you to register as a host. All of the details that you are going to need are collected here. It is easy for you to get started and to learn the basics. You have access to this information at all times when you are using Luvire portal to rent your property.
What is the minimum number of nights a property can be booked for?
7 night is preferred. Some properties will accept 3 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Of course, you will set this up.
How are the rates determined?
Rental prices are determined by the property owners themselves. Some owners have an all-inclusive price with no additional costs, while other owners have added additional costs (such as final cleaning, tourist taxes or a deposit).
Are the rates per person or for the entire villa?
The rates are for the entire villa; however, parties, weddings or large gatherings require written permission. Villas may not be occupied by more guests than specified in the rental agreement.
