When you enter the Villa, you walk into the open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living area blends in harmonically with the modern kitchen from where you have direct access to the front veranda and pool. On the same floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed, a family bathroom attached and also direct access to the exterior dining area and the pool. Walking up the stairs on the first floor you will find the other 2 bedrooms its one with its own bathroom with shower. One of them has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The balcony with the breathtaking view of Lefkada town and Ionian Sea connects the two bedrooms. In a small warehouse beside the stairs, you will find the washing machine. Also, there is a safe private parking spot in the basement of the house with a capacity of two cars.
