The ground floor total area is 100 square meters and is home to three large double bedrooms, a bathroom and a large, luminous open-plan living area and kitchen-diner whose banks of glass doors bring in the fabulous sea views and provide access both to a large outdoor space running along the front of the house and the enviable pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped to serve the indoor and outdoor dining areas. A flight of stairs leads up to the first floor. The first floor total area is 60 square meters and features a spacious living room, a kitchen/dining room, a double bedroom, and bathroom. The living room and the bedroom on this floor boast superb sea views and large glass doors opening onto a large panoramic sea-facing terrace. From the landing, a door accesses an external walkway that leads down to the pool area. The rest two bedrooms are on the second floor and have direct access to their own private sea-view terraces. The second floor total area is 45 square meters and includes also a bathroom and a useful loft which can be used as an extra bedroom play room. The villa has free Wi-Fi internet access. It is air conditioned and equipped with a fridge, TV set, electrical stove-furnace, coffee machine, electrical iron, other small electrical devices and kitchen equipment in each of the first and ground floors, plus a washing machine and a dish washer on the ground floor.

All three floors boast majestic sea-view terraces running along the full length of the house and furnished for lounging, reading and sunbathing.
It is on the ground floor, however, where the focus of your al fresco attentions will be, for here, accessed from the kitchen-diner, is the large, superbly designed pool area, featuring a sea-view infinity pool, a panoramically situated dining area with a dining table for twelve people, a large built-in cooking area with barbecue, wood-fired oven and sink, and also a bar, a WC, a shower bath and a changing stall. There are also plenty of sun beds and outdoor furniture.
The villa has 3-4 spacious parking spots near the entrance and an acre of olive and fruit bearing trees that can be accessed from the pool level by a set of stairs.
