The traditional stone Villa is built with great craftsmanship that results in beautiful stone details and a wonderful atmosphere. The Villa is ideal for families as it accommodates 6-8 people. It is located just above the Village ofTsoukalades, at about a ten minute drive from Lefkada Town and a twenty minute drive from Kathisma Beach. Tsoukalades Village is a popular destination that is filled with tourists during the summer months. It has mini markets, restaurants and even a pharmacy.
When you enter the Villa on the first floor you walk in to a large living area with double sofa bed that has access to the veranda area. Next to the living area is the open kitchen that is fully equipped with anything you might need to cook a delicious traditional meal, there is also a large dining room table located in this area. Down the stairs, on the ground floor, are three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The large family bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi with shower. All bedrooms have access to the beautiful garden.
The lush green garden is filled with all types of flowers, plants and even trees where you can pick your very own fruits. There are wonderful seating areas and swings that make for a welcoming, serene environment. Between the plants and flowers, is the large swimming pool with sun beds and an outside dining table surrounding it. You will want to spend all hours of the day in the wonderful garden area, enjoying the warm Greek sun and the summer breeze while gazing down at the mesmerizing view.
